Dingtai Precision Machinery Suzhou Co, Ltd established in Dec. 2002. Capitalized at 1.5 millions RMB and totally investment at 8 millions RMB. Core processes are Stamping and Precision Sub-assembly. Major industries served are telecom and automotive electronics. Main products are various of high-speed contacts, lead-frame, precision spring contact, cellphone antenna and RF shields etc.
Dingtai has strong capability on tooling manufacture from design, fabrication and debugging with the sophisticated tooling engineers and skilled technicians. We have the 4 designers and 10 tooling engineers and 5 of them have over 10 years experience. All of designers are capable on Pro-Engineer and Auto-CAD soft ware.
Our main customers are GALTRONICS whom is key supplier of Sumsong specialized on inner antenna, PULS who is supplier of Nokia focused on inner antennas and speakers, and also OECHSLER Plastic Products who is preferred supplier of Bosch.Phoenix Contact and YaMaHa Electronics etc.
Dingtai was certificated with ISO900-200 in 2004. the TS 16949 is in the process of preparation anticipating certificated in early 2010.
Currently we have 8 presses from 30 tons to 110 tons with a capacity 25 millions units per year. The utility rate is up to 60%. We plan to add 7-8 presses in the following two years in order to increase capacity to 45 millions units a year. The increased presses will be focused on bigger tongue from 110 ton to 25o tons.
